Becoming The Whole You Program

  • Are herbs or supplements included in the Wellness plan?

    Prescribed herbs and supplements are not included in the price of the program. These will be charged at cost value to the client.

  • Can I cancel the plan if I don't think it's for me?

    Cancelling the program must be done in writing and within 24 hours following your first initial consultation with Kimberly. No refund will be given to any patient who cancels the program more than 24 hours after the initial consultation has taken place.

  • Can I purchase the 6 week plan as a gift for someone else?

    Yes! However Kimberly will require a 15 minute discussion with the person who will be receiving the gift to assess their health status and commitment level.

    When they are ready to begin the program, you can send them to the Getting Started page.

  • How do I sign up?

    Everyone must complete the application process during which you will set up a 15 minute consultation with Kim to determine which plan is best for you.

  • What if I can’t commit to 6 consecutive weeks?

    If you would like to spread your appointments out over a longer period of time this is possible with a maximum term of 12 weeks from your initial consultation.

  • Why does the plan need to be 6 weeks?

    Your body is beautifully individual and multi-faceted, meaning it is made up of many body systems and functions that live within the environment we provide for it. Often these environments need to be assessed and lifestyle and dietary changes need to be implemented to bring you and your body into a state of ultimate health. This takes time and commitment and therefore the programs offers the space and time in which to make these changes and see results while under the supervision and guidance of a qualified Naturopath.

  • Will Kimberly ask me to do any medical or allergy tests?

    While some patients require further medical analysis through diagnostic testing this is done on a very individual basis and only if deemed absolutely necessary by Kimberly. Please speak to Kimberly if you have any further questions regarding medical or allergy tests.

  • Will the Wellness Program be able to diagnose any medical condition/s I may have?

    While Kimberly will be able to offer experienced advice and analysis regarding diagnostic testing, the diagnosis of any medical conditions you may have must be done under the guidance and supervision of your GP. Kimberly will be very happy to consult with your GP regarding the results of any diagnosis given.

Payment

  • Can I pay in installments?

    Installment payment plans may be setup upon request with a surcharge of 10% added to the total program cost. An initial installment of 50% must be paid at the time of signing up with a 2nd installments for the remaining 50% to follow one month apart from the initial payment thereafter. 

    There is also a 10% surcharge added the total cost of the plan when paying in installments. 

  • How do I pay?

    Step 3 of the application process is when you will schedule a 15 minute consultation for us to determine which of the 3 plans is best for you. I will send you a payment link via email after that phone call.

  • When is payment due?

    Payment is due in full prior to scheduling your first initial consultation with Kimberly.
