This is Me
I believe deeply that our health is our own responsibility + should never be handed over to someone else to ‘fix’. I stand by those who trust their gut + use intuition to their arsenal. Authentic is my mantra. I am a doer with depth + a juggler of life’s many mum hats. I try to be a good listener.
Real when it counts with truth as my guide. I spend too much time on instagram but also feel ‘meh’ to social media. I thrive on getting it done + I am learning that results are often out of my control.
My definition of holistic health includes sleeping more than we do + weekend bike rides for a Sunday roast, eating what nourishes us + cuddles with your cat, nature in spades + popcorn at the movies, really good Italian gelato + a healthy relationship with our own sense of self-worth. It’s a balancing act we all play and only sometimes do we get it all to align.

Full payment must be paid upfront prior to the day of the organized initial 60-minute consultation.

If you fail to cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24 hours notice period, Kimberly holds the right to charge in full for the allocated appointment time or cancel that appointment without a rescheduled time.
